Fundraising

Our PTO helps our school purchase technology/materials and pay for programs that are not in the budget as well as cover the costs of field trips and field trip travel. 

 
How it's done...

Sunnyside families, faculty, staff, and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals through these activities:

• Make a general donation under "My Account"
• Walking on Sunshine
  This is the major fundraiser for our Sunnyside PTO. As a PTO, we support field trips, expand learning opportunities in the classroom, and provide “thank yous” for our amazing teachers and staff. What we do helps ensure that all students at our school are given the same opportunities. The kids have a great time each year, and we encourage all families at our school to become involved through this outreach. The event is in the fall. Information will start coming out in August while planning will begin over the summer. Get ALL the information HERE!
• Dining Out & Activity Nights
  Watch the Sunny Times for Dining Out and Activity Night dates. Text message reminders will also be sent out in advance.
• Buy a POGO Pass
  Go to www.pogopass.com and use the code SunnyPTO to grab your passes.
  We get $5 back with each card purchase.
• Buying Spirit Wear
  
• Scanning for Box Tops
  Sunnyside participates in the Box Tops for Education to assist in our fundraising efforts. Download the Box Tops app and scan your receipts to contribute your everyday purchases back to Sunnyside — See The Sunny Times for details.
